We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lumos. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return and refund in accordance with the policy below.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Only items purchased directly from Lumos (through ridelumos.com, eu.ridelumos.com, uk.ridelumos.com, and international.ridelumos.com) are eligible for return to Lumos. Products purchased through authorized retailers must be returned in accordance with the retailer's return policy.
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Sale items
Gift cards

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following the return process outlined in this policy, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
To start a return, please contact us at support@lumoshelmet.co or support@ridelumos.com. Please provide your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.
Upon receiving your return request, our Customer Support team will provide you with the appropriate return address and further instructions.
Please note: Lumos does not cover return shipping costs.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any potential customs or duties charges for international returns.
Please use a trackable shipping method and retain your shipping receipt. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note: Original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You can reach our Customer Support team at support@lumoshelmet.co or support@ridelumos.com. Please provide your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
